It is considered accepted and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order once the payment is being made. Please look through all information especially the delivery address and recipient details carefully before making the payment and contact us if you wish to change any details immediately via dropping us a call or WhatsApp us at +65 98781159 after a payment is made.
Exchange / Refund of orders
All items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to its perishable nature of our products and made-to-order works.
Change / Cancellation of order
All orders placed are final upon order confirmation. Cancellation of orders are not accepted. 48 hours notice (prior to delivery date and time) is required should you wish to change your order. Please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at +65 98781159.

We deliver 7 days a week.
Deliveries slots are as below:
1) 8am - 12pm (0800hrs - 1200hrs)
2) 2pm - 5pm (1400hrs - 1700hrs)
3) 6pm - 10pm (1800hrs - 2200hrs)
Cut-off delivery timings
Monday to Sundays (including public holidays)
Order confirmed before 3pm (1500hrs), the earliest delivery will be the next working day between 9am - 12pm (0900hrs - 1200hrs). For example, if an order is confirmed on Friday at 2pm (1400hrs), the earliest delivery will be the next working day, Saturday between 9am - 12pm (0900hrs - 1200hrs).
Orders confirmed after 3pm - 6pm (1500hrs - 1800hrs), the earliest delivery is the next working day between 2pm - 5pm (1400hrs - 1700hrs). If an order is confirmed on Wednesday at 5pm (1700hrs), the earliest delivery would be the next working day, Thursday between 2pm - 5pm (1400hrs - 1700hrs)
Any orders confirmed after 6pm (1800hrs), the earliest delivery will be the next working day between 6pm - 10pm (1800hrs - 2200hrs). For example, if an order is confirmed on Monday at 8pm (2000hrs), the earliest delivery will be the next working day, Tuesday between 6pm - 10pm (1800hrs - 2200hrs).

Delivery charges calculated at checkout apply to 1 (one) product only. For purchases of multiple products to one delivery address, additional charges may apply.
Deliveries with specific timing request will be charged additionally at SGD$15 flat, per product per address.
International delivery is not available.
Whilst all care will be taken to ensure delivery within these allotted time frames, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic situations that are out of our control. If a delivery cannot be made within the designated time frame due to our fault, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery at the earliest possible time at no additional charge.
Delivery charges are for one (1) delivery attempt only.
It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct details for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery during the specified time frame. Please provide the recipient's real name where he/she can be identified at the delivery location.
Should the delivery be unsuccessful, we will contact sender and will attempt a second delivery after additional delivery fee and correct information is provider by the sender.
